Do we do 3D printing?Yes, absolutely. When it comes to 3D printers, we have the following technologies: Formlab, Bambu, Modix, Raised 3D, Flashforge 1- Filament 3D printing (ABS, PLA, TPU) 2- Resin 3D printing (translucent and gray resin, Formlab 1500 resistant gray resin)
-
How much does 3D printing cost? The price depends on the volume and complexity of the part. A 3D file (.stl, .3mf or .obj) is required for an estimate. If you don't have a 3D file, we can help you create one before quoting for printing. If you require a one-off piece, please note that we do not print for less than $50. This is due to the time required to prepare the files and the printer.
-
How long can it take?It all depends on the quantity required, the volume (number of grams of filament or milliliters of resin) and the complexity of the part. For a quicker evaluation, you can e-mail us right now: 1- An STL file of your project, or a JPEG image if you don't have a 3D file 2- The dimensions of your project 3- The number of parts required 4- The delivery time 5- Any other constraints to be taken into account or finishing required.
-
Do you do 3D modeling? How much does 3D modeling cost?Yes, our team can produce a wide range of organic and geometric shapes (artistic and industrial) using 3D modeling software. The cost and time of modeling vary according to the complexity of the project.
-
Do you scan objects and people? How much does a scan cost?Yes, it is possible to digitize objects or people. You need to make an appointment in advance, as this service requires specialized equipment and a few hours' work. There are, however, certain constraints to take into account: For objects: 1- The (original) object must be matte or mattified using a product supplied that evaporates within 24 hours,However, it is not advisable to apply it to fabrics or porous objects, as this may damage the original object. 2- Black objects are not detected, so you need to apply the mattifying product. 3- Miniature details are imperceptible (less than 0.3mm). 4- Large objects (1 cubic meter) take a little longer to digitize. For people: 1- Hair is often impossible to digitize. They need to be retouched using 3D modeling. 2- The light emitted by the scanner is not recommended for people suffering from epilepsy. 3- Eyes must be closed. 4- You need to take a fixed break, without moving, for at least half an hour. The cost is variable. It depends on a number of factors: 1- The size and complexity of the object to be scanned (scanning time); 2-The level of detail in the object's textures and colors; 3- Whether we need to travel (travel time and material transport costs).

What materials are available for my engraving project?Compatible materials: acrylic (TroLase), glass, laminates, leather, paper, stone, wood, metal, as well as a wide variety of plastics (e.g. Plexiglas) and fabrics. *Please note: Glass, metal and stone can only be engraved.
-
Do you deliver to all countries?Yes, we ship to all countries. Shipping costs and times are relative to Canada Post services. However, please note that batteries cannot be shipped outside Canada and the United States due to restrictions on the shipment of hazardous materials (lithium batteries).
-
Do you sell STLs (printable digital files) of your products? No. We sell digital files (STL) that we have designed or digitized ourselves, or for which we own the rights. However, we only sell digital files of products that we do not sell in print.
-
If I buy your digital files (STL), can I resell them or print them and sell physical copies? No. You have the right to reproduce them for personal use. For commercial use, please contact us and we will discuss the possibilities.

How to use the electronic torch (Instruction manual)Here's a video to help you handle your newly acquired torch correctly:
-
Are batteries included with the electronic torches? No, batteries are not included with the torch. We sell batteries separately, at a cost of $20. Torches are compatible with a wide range of over-the-counter batteries. The only constraint is that battery dimensions must be equal to or less than : We can only ship batteries to Canada and the USA. However, you can buy them at many local electronics stores or online.
-
Do all batteries work with electronic torches?Since the USB adapter is reversible, most batteries (of this size) will work. The batteries we sell can only be shipped within Canada and the USA. For other countries, we provide links to help you purchase your battery, and can advise you on which ones to buy.
-
Can I connect the electronic torch directly to the wall? No, don't plug the torch directly into the wall. You must first recharge the battery using the USB cable in a suitable socket, and then connect it to your electronic torch.
